Misty monthly dose is an essential oil blend that helps in relieving menstrual cramps, abdominal pain or bloating, heavy or irregular menstruation. It relaxes the abdominal muscles and reduce the discomfort during menstrual cycle. A natural and safe way to reduce the period cramps.
Directions to Use:
Apply 5-7 drops of Misty monthly essential oil blend on lower abdomen and massage gently until fully absorbed. Use twice or thrice a day. For best result, apply 5 days before menstruation till 5th day of period.
